About The Learning Vine
History
The Learning Vine was established in 2000 as a homeschool cooperative program in order to provide a place where homeschooling families could come together to offer academic and enrichment opportunities to their children in one location and to build a sense of community among homeschoolers in the Naperville and surrounding areas. Over the years, The Learning Vine has gone through several phases and changes, and currently exists to achieve its original mission of supporting families choosing to provide a primarily home education to their children.
The enrichment program has grown to close to 300 children coming to classes on Fridays.
The Academic Program was instituted in the fall of 2009 and admitted approximately 100 students. We are currently adding staff and class options for the fall of 2010. Our goal is to meet all of the academic needs for grades 1-12.
